Our policy is simple and straightforward. We never share your information with anyone outside of our organization that is not directly associated with the management or safe conduct of our center. It is important that you understand that we are required to share certain aspects of your information, including any medical information you may provided us, with event management, medical and insurance providers and emergency services officials. We will also always comply with legal requests for any information coming from law enforcement agencies. In the event of an incident resulting in the need for treatment of injury, we will use our best judgment when making decisions to share this information with the primary objective being to ensure that you are properly cared for. We endeavor to comply with all local, state and/or federal laws with regard to the collection, storage and dissemination of any personal information. Certain information is a requirement to participate at the Center and anyone unwilling to share such required information may be unable to participate at the Center. You are urged to contact us immediately if you have any concerns about the way in which your information will be handled.

Business related entities, and specifically center sponsor partners, associate themselves with the Center in order to market their products and services to you. The Center may share your name, address, phone number and e-mail address with any or all of our business partners.
